We liked the staff and food, all the provided essentials.

This hotel was clean, had excellent food and rooms.

The staff were cordial and kind, were waiting for us in the nice reception.

Everything here was excellent, staff and rooms were good. Appreciated our rooms with very comfy beds. The music bar was great!

Clean hotel in a beautiful building short walk to the motorway and San Jose.

The hotel was clean based in a classic style building with top-class staff. Its location was central, walking distance to Museo de los Ninos. Budget property set in the shopping area.

Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Newly remodelled and clean place with a great lobby. The service was terrific and the staff was very amiable and very friendly. Particularly good and good location near Museo de los Ninos.

Loved my fine stay for a long time. I was met by affable and superfriendly staff at the lobby. They had a buffet breakfast that included pancakes and bacon. Central location close enough to the center and the city centre and freeway, it was in a good area. Everything was simply good.

pleasant location, cozy bed and, of course, cheerful staff. a lot of options for free breakfast. the view from premium king room was exceptionally good. smooth check-in and helpful customer service. pretty close to the airport, 0.5 km.

The hotel is fairly clean and fairly large with fabulous staff and a heated pool.

It's my first option in San Jose, thank you. The venue's staff and food were very good. The room was very spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed. Set short walk to the centre of San Jose and other museums and downtown in the downtown area. Moreover, Kid's museum and other places worth exploring were within walking distance of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed lobby, it was beautiful. Employees were wonderfully helpful and kept it all spotless...

Empathetic staff, perfect location and good restaurant. Really enjoyed the music bar. Functional & luxurious unit with very comfy beds and patio plus a generously sized bathroom. The pool was nice and there were a jacuzzi and lounge chairs.

Well-maintained hotel located in a very relaxing area just off downtown as well as an industrial park. Quick check-in and the staff was funny. Pleasant views, great pool, parking available on-site. Outstanding dishes, central location.

Hotel was spotless and good looking, had caring staff, luxurious rooms. The breakfasts here were satisfactory with all the wonderful ripe tropical fruit and delicious coffee. Having different hot drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY FRIENDLY, the accommodation was intimate and spotless. Plus, we explored Kid's museum approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our standard king room, it was nice styled and bright. Early check-in, late check-out.

picture perfect hotel, super fast staff, secure location, very tasty breakfast. there was a fabulous restaurant, a market and stores next door. it was good enough and so lovely room. i requested the room service and it's been really friendly.

We loved this hotel, it was secure and spotless. Good beds, knowledgeable staff, exceptional breakfast. The room was really tidy and huge, which made the experience very pleasant! There was a garden too. Moreover, we could park our car onsite.

Staying here for honeymoon was memorable, totally recommendable. We loved a really lovely location, fancy rooms and considerate staff. Soft beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a laptop-size safe and a dining area. The buffet breakfast had lots of delicacies and was superb. Free parking on site was available when we stayed.

Very clean GREAT hotel, huge rooms. We loved the bed, it was super. Furthermore, property offers free Wi Fi. Was a chilled-out base for trip.

Approximately a 10-minute walk from plaza de la cultura, which was a plus. We really enjoyed location and the food. The breakfast they offered was good. No reason to complain with the hotel.
